• ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY AND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BY BINDING ARBITRATION AS PROVIDED BELOW. ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES RELEASES AND INDEMNITIES TO THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES FROM YOU AND LIMITATIONS OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Bluff Fly A Fan Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are physically located within the United States and are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Got Bluff (“Sponsor”), SpinQuest, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment providers, and any other company or entity involved in the creation, administration, promotion, execution or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), as well as members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win.

For purposes of these Official Rules, immediate family members include spouses, domestic partners, parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, step-parents, step-children and step-siblings, and their respective spouses.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

By participating, Entrant unconditionally agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor concerning interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Sweepstakes, eligibility, entry verification, winner selection and prize fulfillment. Sponsor's decisions shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on September 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor's designated computer system shall be the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void and will not be eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible individuals may obtain entries during the Sweepstakes Period through the following methods:

A. GOTBLUFF.COM MERCHANDISE PURCHASE ENTRY

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants will receive five (5) Sweepstakes entries for every $1 USD spent on eligible merchandise purchased through GotBluff.com.

The number of entries awarded will be based on the eligible merchandise purchase price before applicable taxes and shipping/handling charges and after application of discounts, credits or promotional reductions.

Purchase transactions must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period to generate entries.

If an eligible purchase is canceled, returned, charged back or refunded before the drawing or winner verification, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries associated with that transaction.

All purchases remain subject to Sponsor's applicable terms, policies and return/refund policies.

B. SPINQUEST ACCOUNT ENTRY

An eligible individual who creates a SpinQuest account using promotional or referral code “BLUFF” will receive five (5) Sweepstakes entries.

Eligible individuals who previously created an account using code BLUFF and otherwise satisfy the eligibility requirements may also receive five (5) entries, subject to Sponsor's ability to verify the qualifying account and referral association.

Only one five-entry SpinQuest account bonus may be awarded per eligible person.

C. SPINQUEST PLAY ENTRY

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants associated with promotional or referral code “BLUFF” will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for every 1 SC played through on SpinQuest during the Sweepstakes Period.

Qualifying activity and resulting entries will be determined based on SpinQuest's records and are subject to verification.

Only qualifying activity occurring during the Sweepstakes Period will generate entries.

D. FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY.

Eligible individuals may enter without making a purchase or engaging in SpinQuest play by completing and submitting Sponsor's official Bluff Fly A Fan Giveaway Free Alternate Method of Entry Form during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each complete and valid AMOE submission will receive five (5) Sweepstakes entries.

Entrants may submit the AMOE more than once during the Sweepstakes Period, provided each submission is completed separately by the eligible Entrant and complies with these Official Rules and the instructions appearing on the AMOE form.

All required information must be complete and accurate. Automated, scripted, bot-generated, mechanically reproduced, fraudulent or otherwise manipulated submissions are prohibited and may be disqualified.

The AMOE must remain available through 11:59 p.m. PT on September 30, 2026.

No purchase is required to use the AMOE.

4. ENTRY CONDITIONS

Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Official Rules, there is no stated maximum number of Sweepstakes entries an eligible Entrant may earn during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entries may be subject to verification by Sponsor and/or its designated administrator.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, corrupted, damaged, forged, fraudulent, false, late, misdirected, deceptive, automated, manipulated or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

Use of scripts, macros, bots, computer programs, automated entry systems or other automated means to obtain or submit entries is prohibited.

Attempts by an individual to circumvent these Official Rules through multiple identities, false information, fraudulent accounts, automated submissions or other deceptive means may result in disqualification of the individual and all associated entries.

In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an Entrant, Sponsor may deem an entry submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the applicable entry, provided such individual satisfies all eligibility requirements. Sponsor may require proof that an individual is the authorized account holder.

The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical failures, interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, websites or services; failed, delayed or misdirected transmissions; incorrect entry information; or other technical or human errors affecting participation.

5. RANDOM DRAWING

On or about October 7, 2026, Sponsor or its designated administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select two (2) potential winners.

Each potential winner remains subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Each potential winner will be contacted using the email address, telephone number and/or other contact information associated with the winning entry.

Potential winners may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, prize acceptance documentation, tax documentation, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.

A potential winner may also be required to provide satisfactory proof of age, identity and eligibility.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond, is determined to be ineligible, fails to complete required documentation, cannot participate in the required Las Vegas trip, cannot legally participate in the contemplated gambling activity, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited. Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

A potential winner becomes an official winner only after Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

8. PRIZES

A total of two (2) prize packages will be awarded, one to each verified winner.

A. $25,000 CASH PRIZE PER WINNER

Each winner will receive $25,000 USD in cash.

The method of payment will be determined by Sponsor and may include electronic funds transfer, check or another commercially reasonable payment method.

This guaranteed $25,000 cash prize is separate and distinct from the shared video gambling bankroll described below.

B. LAS VEGAS TRIP

Each winner will receive a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, scheduled for approximately October 23 through October 25, 2026, for the winner and one (1) guest.

The trip will include:

• Round-trip economy airfare to Las Vegas for the winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport reasonably near the winner's primary residence, as determined by Sponsor;

• Hotel accommodations in Las Vegas for the winner and one (1) guest during the promotional trip; and

• Participation in scheduled activities and experiences with Bluff and the Bluff team.

Sponsor will determine airline, airport, hotel, itinerary, room arrangements and other travel details in its reasonable discretion.

Unless expressly provided by Sponsor, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, baggage fees, parking, incidental hotel expenses, entertainment expenses, insurance and other personal expenses are not included and remain the responsibility of the winner and/or guest.

Winner and guest must possess all identification and documentation required for travel.

Winner and guest must travel together on the itinerary designated or approved by Sponsor. If a winner cannot travel during the required period, Sponsor may deem the winner ineligible to receive some or all travel-related portions of the prize and may, where appropriate, select an alternate winner.

Winner's guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and may be required to sign a liability and publicity release before participating in any prize-related activity.

C. SHARED $25,000 VIDEO GAMBLING BANKROLL EXPERIENCE

As part of the Las Vegas experience, both winners will have the opportunity to participate in the filming of a video for Bluff's channel.

For purposes of the filmed experience, Bluff will provide one shared gambling bankroll totaling $25,000 USD for the two winners collectively.

Unless Sponsor specifies a different allocation before the filmed session, the bankroll will be divided equally, with $12,500 allocated to each winner for use during the designated filmed gambling experience.

This shared $25,000 video bankroll is separate from each winner's guaranteed $25,000 cash prize.

The video bankroll remains Sponsor's property and is provided solely for use during the designated filmed gambling experience. Neither winner receives the unused starting bankroll as cash or as part of the guaranteed prize.

Subject to these Official Rules and any applicable casino rules, gaming regulations, withholding requirements and other applicable laws, each winner will be entitled to retain the net gambling profits, if any, generated from that winner's allocated portion of the shared bankroll during the designated filmed gambling session.

For clarity, “net gambling profits” means the amount, if any, by which the final value resulting from a winner's designated gambling session exceeds the amount of the shared bankroll allocated to that winner.

Example: If a winner is allocated $12,500 from the shared bankroll and concludes the designated gambling session with $20,000, that winner's net gambling profits would be $7,500. The original $12,500 allocated bankroll remains Sponsor's property.

If a winner's designated gambling session concludes with an amount equal to or less than that winner's allocated bankroll, that winner will not receive additional gambling profits from the session.

THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT EITHER WINNER WILL GENERATE OR RECEIVE GAMBLING PROFITS.

Sponsor may establish reasonable rules regarding the division of the bankroll, duration, casino location, games, maximum wagers, recording requirements and administration of the filmed session, provided those requirements are communicated to the winners before participation.

Participation is subject at all times to applicable federal, state and Nevada gaming laws and regulations and the rules, policies and decisions of the applicable licensed gaming establishment.

9. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE AND TAXES

The guaranteed value of each winner's prize package includes the $25,000 cash prize plus the actual value of airfare and hotel accommodations provided by Sponsor.

Because airfare and lodging costs vary depending on point of departure and market conditions, the exact Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the travel portion will be determined at the time of booking.

The $25,000 gambling bankroll is shared between both winners and is not itself awarded as cash. Any net gambling profits resulting from the video experience are variable and are not guaranteed and therefore are not included as a fixed guaranteed value of either winner's prize.

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with prizes and gambling winnings, if any.

Winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or taxpayer identification number and complete applicable tax documentation before receiving the prize. Sponsor and/or an applicable gaming establishment may issue IRS Form 1099, Form W-2G or other tax documentation as required by law.

Sponsor does not provide tax advice.

10. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be assigned or substituted by a winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any unavailable prize component with a prize or component of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

No winner may substitute the Las Vegas experience or video experience for additional cash unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise.

All prize details not specifically stated in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion.

Winner assumes responsibility for all costs and expenses not expressly identified as being provided by Sponsor.

11. VIDEO, RECORDING AND PUBLICITY

The Las Vegas experience is intended to be filmed and may be used as content on Bluff's channels and other media.

To the extent permitted by law, by accepting the prize, each winner grants Sponsor, Bluff, the Sweepstakes Parties and their respective successors, licensees and designees the right to photograph, record and otherwise capture the winner's participation in the prize experience and to use the winner's name, image, likeness, voice, statements, biographical information, social media handles, photographs, video footage and other recordings for advertising, marketing, promotional, entertainment and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice or approval.

Winner's guest may also be required to execute an appropriate appearance, publicity and liability release before participating in filmed activities.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, legal or regulatory developments or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may select the winners by random drawing from among eligible, non-suspect entries received before termination, where legally permissible.

In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any advertisement, social media post, email, promotional material or other communication concerning the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules shall control.

13. CONDUCT

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person Sponsor reasonably determines has tampered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, attempted to obtain entries through fraud or deception, violated these Official Rules, acted in a disruptive, abusive, threatening or unsportsmanlike manner, or attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, each Entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective owners, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, death, property damage, costs or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of a prize, prize-related travel, participation in the Las Vegas experience or filmed gambling experience, permitted publicity uses, or technical or human errors associated with the Sweepstakes.

Nothing in these Official Rules releases or limits liability that cannot legally be released or limited under applicable law.

15. GAMBLING EXPERIENCE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Participation in the filmed gambling experience is voluntary and is limited to the winner's allocated portion of the shared $25,000 Sponsor-provided video bankroll described in Section 8.

Neither winner will be required to contribute any portion of the winner's guaranteed $25,000 cash prize or personal funds to the filmed gambling bankroll.

Sponsor does not guarantee any gambling outcome or profit.

Each winner agrees to comply with all rules and requirements of the applicable licensed casino or gaming establishment and all applicable gaming laws and regulations.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the gambling component if necessary to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements or casino policies. If the gambling component cannot legally or practically be provided, Sponsor may substitute an alternative experience or prize component of comparable value where appropriate and permitted by law.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles that would result in application of another jurisdiction's laws.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE SHALL BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRANT WAIVES CLAIMS FOR PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES AND ANY RIGHT TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Except where prohibited by law
