BLUFFINBOB $100,000 GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES FROM YOU TO THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE PRIZE. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. SWEEPSTAKES ONLY AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Got Bluff (“Sponsor”) is offering the “BLUFFINBOB $100,000 GIVEAWAY” (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is subject to these official rules (“Official Rules”), and by entering, entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by them and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of, and physically located within, the United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. NOT VALID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, US TERRITORIES AND VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees, officers, agents, representatives and members of the immediate families (parents, spouses, siblings, children, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household, whether or not related) of Got Bluff and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, promotional partners, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any company involved in the creation, design, execution, production, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PST”) on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on October 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be considered.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes in the following ways during the Promotion Period:

  • SpinQuest Account: Having an account on SpinQuest under referral code “Bluff” = 5 entries (existing accounts under code “Bluff” automatically receive entries).

  • SpinQuest Play: Every 1 SC (Sweeps Coin) played on SpinQuest under referral code “Bluff” = 1 entry.

  • Merchandise Purchase: Every $1 spent on eligible merchandise at www.gotbluff.com = 5 entries.

  • Google Form Entry: Completing the official Google Form = 5 entries.

Guaranteed Winner from Each Method: One (1) winner will be selected from each of the four entry methods. The remaining six (6) winners will be chosen from a combined pool of all entries across all methods.

No limit on number of entries earned. Automated entries, incomplete forms, or entries not following these Official Rules will be disqualified.

4. PRIZES

Grand Prizes (10 total): Ten (10) winners will each receive $10,000 (collectively, $100,000 in prizes).

No cash or other substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about November 15, 2025, potential winners will be selected via random drawing(s) as described above. Each winner will be notified by email or phone within three (3) business days of the drawing. Potential winners must respond within five (5) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. GRANT OF RIGHTS

By entering, Entrant consents to the use of their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. GENERAL TERMS

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any claims or damages related to participation, entry, or prize use. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification or legal compliance.

8. PRIVACY

Personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.gotbluff.com.

9. BINDING ARBITRATION

Except where prohibited, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules in San Diego, California. Entrants waive the right to class actions and agree to limited damages as described in these Rules.

10. GOVERNING LAW

All issues concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by California law. Void where prohibited.

11. REQUEST FOR RULES OR WINNER LIST
