GOT BLUFF “2013 BMW M3 + $10,000” SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY. THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES LIMITATIONS OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES AND A RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

“Got Bluff” (“Sponsor”) is offering the Got Bluff 2013 BMW M3 + $10,000 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules (“Official Rules”). By entering, each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and D.C.) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry and are physically located in the U.S. NOT VALID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES, AND VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees, officers, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion/advertising agencies, partners, retailers, distributors, and any company involved in the design, execution, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family/household members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible. Winner must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile insurance to take delivery of the vehicle.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

Begins 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 1, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on November 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible individuals may enter during the Promotion Period by any of the following methods. All entries across all methods are combined for the random drawing unless otherwise stated. No limit on entries unless a method below specifies a limit. Automated or scripted entries are prohibited.

A. SpinQuest Account: Having an account on SpinQuest under referral code “Bluff” = 5 entries (existing accounts under code “Bluff” automatically receive entries).

B. SpinQuest Play: Every 1 SC (Sweeps Coin) played on SpinQuest under referral code “Bluff” = 1 entry.

C. Merchandise Purchase: Every $1 spent on eligible merchandise at www.gotbluff.com = 5 entries.

D. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) Form: Complete the official Got Bluff Sweepstakes AMOE Form during the Promotion Period to receive 5 entries. No purchase or payment required. 

No limit on number of entries earned. Automated entries, incomplete forms, or entries not following these Official Rules will be disqualified.

4. PRIZE; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)

One (1) Grand Prize:

  • 2013 BMW M3 (used vehicle) – Frozen Blue, DCT/Automatic, 1 of 72, approximately 102,000 miles at time of posting (mileage may vary at delivery), no aftermarket upgrades, represented by Sponsor to pass California smog at the time of transfer. ARV: $32,000.

  • $10,000 cash (intended to help offset registration, taxes, and related costs; see Section 8). ARV: $10,000.

  • Travel for Winner + 1 to Las Vegas, NV (LV): round-trip coach air transportation from major U.S. gateway nearest winner’s residence (or ground transportation if within 250 miles at Sponsor’s discretion) and two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy). ARV: up to $2,500 (actual value varies by origin and travel dates).

  • Covered transport/delivery of the vehicle from LV to winner’s residential address within the contiguous U.S. (method/carrier at Sponsor’s discretion). ARV: up to $1,500.

Total ARV of Grand Prize: up to $46,000. Actual value may vary; winner will not receive difference between actual value and ARV. No substitution or cash alternative, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. All details not expressly stated are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. BMW is not a sponsor of this promotion.

Vehicle Conditions: Vehicle is used and awarded “AS IS,” without any warranty (express or implied) other than any manufacturer’s warranty that may remain, if transferable, which Sponsor does not guarantee. Winner is responsible for inspecting the vehicle prior to acceptance. Color/trim/features are as described above; normal wear consistent with age and mileage should be expected.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

On or about December 5, 2025, Sponsor (or its designee) will conduct random drawing(s) from among eligible entries as described in Section 3.E. Potential winner will be notified by email or phone within three (3) business days. Potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release (where legal), IRS Form W-9, and any other required documents within seven (7) days of delivery, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate selected. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond, or is disqualified, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate via random drawing.

6. TRAVEL TERMS

Travel must be booked through Sponsor or its agent, on dates specified by Sponsor, and is subject to availability, blackout dates, and carrier/hotel restrictions. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be 18+ (or winner must be guest’s parent/legal guardian). Government-issued photo ID is required. A major credit card may be required at hotel check-in. If winner resides within ~250 miles of LV (as determined by Sponsor), ground transportation may be substituted for air. If winner cannot travel on the dates offered, the travel portion may be forfeited in Sponsor’s discretion (vehicle and cash components will still be awarded).

7. VEHICLE DELIVERY; TITLE/REGISTRATION

Sponsor will coordinate title transfer and delivery. Winner is responsible for title, registration, license, insurance, and any inspection/emissions requirements in winner’s jurisdiction. Vehicle will be delivered in LV for ceremonial purposes; Sponsor will cover transport to winner’s contiguous U.S. residential address. Winner must provide a valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance prior to delivery. Sponsor will not replace lost or stolen title/keys after delivery.

8. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize. The included $10,000 cash is intended to help offset taxes/fees/registration but may not cover all amounts due. Winner remains solely responsible for any and all taxes and costs in excess of the cash component.

9. GRANT OF RIGHTS

By entering, Entrant consents to Sponsor’s use of Entrant’s name, likeness, city/state, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. GENERAL TERMS

By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation or prize acceptance/use, including travel, vehicle use/operation, or inability to use the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for fraud, technical failures, or legal compliance, and, if terminated, to award the prize(s) from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt.

11. PRIVACY

Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.gotbluff.com.

12. BINDING ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules in San Diego, California. No class or representative actions; parties waive jury trial. The arbitrator may award individual relief only.

13. GOVERNING LAW

All issues concerning these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Void where prohibited.

14. WINNER LIST / RULES REQUEST

To receive the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Got Bluff, 24335 Prielipp Rd. #118, Wildomar, CA 92595, Attn: BMW M3 + $10,000 Sweepstakes. Requests must be received by January 31, 2026. The winner’s name will be available after verification.
